Our role spans project qualification, Strategic Anchor engagement, commercial and operational validation, consortium formation, structuring, de-risking and financing coordination.

Palmerion supports selected public and infrastructure projects from early qualification through industrial partner engagement, commercial validation, consortium formation, structuring and financing.
Depending on the project, this may involve concession structures, project companies, long-term operating arrangements, development finance, guarantees, risk-sharing instruments and international private capital.
The objective is not simply to finance a public project. It is to develop a commercially sustainable structure in which public objectives, private operating responsibility, risk allocation and investor requirements are properly aligned.
